Obituary for Thomas G Napurano

Thomas G  Napurano
Thomas G. Napurano, age 75 of Bonita Springs, FL passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017 at his home in Sayreville surrounded by his loving family. Born in Newark he had resided in the Parlin section of Sayreville for many years before moving to Florida 15 years ago. Before his retirement Thomas was employed as the CFO of Unified Management of Indianapolis, IN for over 20 years. He was a graduate of Rutgers University in Newark and he also held the titles of CPA and CMA. He was a US Army Veteran, a communicant of St Bernadette RC Church in Parlin and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #8478. Thomas enjoyed playing golf, traveling and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.

He is predeceased by his parents Andrew and Florence. Surviving are his wife of 50 years the former Joanne Iorio, his children Andrew and his wife Arden of Chester, Gina Napurano of Clark and Thomas of Sayreville, his grandchildren Gabriella, Tara, Sterling, Isabella and Colson, his siblings Mary Lou Landi and her husband Gene and Donald Napurano, his brother–in-law John Iorio and his wife Terry and many nieces nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 8:45am Thursday from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with a 9:30am Mass at St. Bernadette RC Church in Parlin. Entombment will follow at St Gertrude’s Cemetery in Colonia.

Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be in Thomas’s name to St. Lucy’s Church, The National Shrine of St Gerard, 118 Seventh Ave Newark,NJ, 07104.
