Janet Zimmer, age 53 of Parlin, passed away peacefully at home after battling breast cancer, surrounded by her loving family. Janet was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is predeceased by her father Raymond. Surviving are children Tracy, Brian, and Kyle Karpinski, her mother Barbara Zimmer, her brothers and spouses David & Margaret Zimmer and Gary & Christine Zimmer, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday 8:30am at the Carmen F Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin NJ with a 9:30am mass at Our Lady of Victories R. C. Church in Sayreville, with burial to follow at New Calvary, Parlin.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Thursday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. In lieu of flowers donation can be made in Janet’s name to Susan G. Komen for the Cure 5005 LBJ. Freeway, Ste. 250 Dallas, TX 75244.
