Obituary for Frederick Weber

Frederick  Weber
Frederick Weber, 49, Taunton Massachusetts, Formerly of Morgan, N.J., passed away Wednesday, June 7th 2017 at home.
Fred was born July 29, 1967 in New Brunswick, N.J. He lived in Massachusetts for the past 20 years having formerly resided in the Morgan section of Sayreville, N.J. Fred graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Johnson and Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island. He was employed in Sales for The Tranzonic Company, Cleveland, Ohio.
Fred was a loving and devoted father to his beautiful daughters Amanda and Olivia, and loved his dutiful dog Halford. He was a World-Class Chef, and loved cooking home meals, which he often shared on social media. Fred was a History Buff, and enjoyed politics and conservative discussion. He had a generous gregarious spirit and an exceptional sense of humor. He was a loving son, loyal brother and caring friend to many. Fred devoted his life to helping others and he will be missed by many and his influence will remain in the lives of all that knew him.
He is survived by his loving daughters Amanda Weber, and Olivia Weber, and their mother Susan Prevost, Mass.; His mother Gail Weber, Holmdel, N.J.; Two brothers, Lt. Col. Edward V. Weber, USAF Ret., Manassas, VA.; and James F. Weber, Esq., Holmdel, N.J.; Sister Maura K. Schmidt, RN, Egg Harbor, N.J.; Two sisters-in-law, Debbie Weber, Manassas, VA., and Veronica Weber, Holmdel, N.J.; Brother-in-law Frank Schmidt, Egg Harbor, N.J.; four nieces, Brenda Weber, Manassas, VA., Andrea Schmidt and Meghan Schmidt, Egg Harbor, N.J., Emma I. Weber, Holmdel, N.J.; five nephews, Thomas Weber, Pittsburg, Pa., Francis J. Schmidt, Egg Harbor, N.J.; Michael Weber, Manassas VA., and Max R. Weber and Sam E. Weber, Holmdel, N.J., and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his Father Edward H. Weber; Nephew Steven J. Weber, and Grandparents, Vincent and Gertrude Higgins and Frederick and Estelle Weber.
Services will be held at 8p.m., Wednesday June 14, 2017 at the Carmen Spezzi Funeral Home, Cherry Lane, Sayreville, N.J., Carmen Spezzi will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Frederick may be made to the “Frederick Weber Trust” for the benefit of his daughters Amanda and Olivia, c/o James F. Weber, Esq., 3145 Bordentown Avenue, Parlin, N.J. 08859.
