Mary Martinowich, age 93, of Naples, FL, formerly of South River, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 13, 2017 in the care of Avow Hospice at Solaris Healthcare Imperial, Naples, FL. Born in South River, Mary also lived in New Brunswick and Piscataway before moving to Naples 9 years ago. Before her retirement, she was a packer for Ethicon/Johnson & Johnson in Somerville. Mrs. Martinowich was very active in Sts. Peter & Paul Russian Orthodox Church in South River before relocating to FL.
Mary is predeceased by her beloved husband Samuel, her parents Theodore & Isabella Dikovicky, and by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her brother, Anthony (Ellie), son Samuel, Jr. of Piscataway, her son John and his wife Marcy of Naples FL, grandsons Mark, Brian, and Kyle (Chrissy), granddaughter Keri (Dr. Robert Schloesser), seven great grandchildren and her great great granddaughter, Isabella.
Funeral services will take place Tuesday 10am from the M.A. Maliszewski Funeral Home, 218 Whitehead Avenue South River, NJ with a 10:30am mass at Sts. Peter & Paul Russian Orthodox Church. Burial will follow at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
