Obituary for Andrea J Harper (Helt)

Andrea J. Harper, age 44 of Medford passed away on Monday, November 6th 2017 at her home. Born in Freehold she had lived in South Jersey for the past 18 years. She was a graduate of Green Mountain College in Vermont where she had received her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Journalism. She was employed by Arborsys Group in Lawrenceville where she did accounting and finance. Andrea was an avid animal lover and donated her time to many organizations including Habitat for Humanity and helping to raise funds for dog shelters. Andrea had started back riding horses, she loved to cook and enjoyed planting flowers and shrubs around their home to feed the neighborhood deer.

She is predeceased by her father Jay Helt. Surviving are her husband of 17 years, John, her mother Helena Facchini and her husband Ronald of Chesnee, SC, her brother Scott Helt of CA and her devoted dogs Chelsea and Maggie.

Funeral services will be held 11:30am Saturday at the Maliszewski Funeral Home, 218 Whitehead Ave, South River with burial to follow at Washington Monumental Cemetery in South River. Friends and family may visit between 11 – 11:30am.
