Heather Ashley Quast, age 19, of Parlin passed away Friday August 3, 2018 at home with her loving family at her side. Heather was a manager at Autozone and loved helping others. She attended Middlesex County College for photography and Brookdale College for a degree in business management. Heather was energetic, loved amusement parks, the beach, loved music and will be lovingly remembered for playing the flute, keyboard and guitar, her biggest passion was spending time with her friends and family. She was always kind to others, willing to give the shirt off her back to those in need, she was especially passionate about all animals, a dog lover, reptile lover, guinea pig lover and rabbit lover . Heather was full of life, compassionate and sympathetic to all, she always made everyone smile and had a contagious laugh that was one of a kind. Heather was known for her nicknames Boo and Chuckles. She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, friend and so much more. She will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

Heather is survived by her beloved parents Robert Quast and Michelle & Peter Dudek as well as her adored brother Robert and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11am at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, NJ 08859, followed by a burial at Graceland Cemetery, Kenilworth. Calling hours at the funeral home will be held Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in Heather’s name to Husky House 391 Route 34. Matawan, NJ 07747.
