Alice L. Tomy nee Wade, age 87 of Parlin, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Care One, Perth Amboy with her loving family at her side. Born in Newark she had resided in Parlin for most of her life.

Alice is predeceased by her husband of 57 years Ervin Tomy, grandson Michael Tomy and daughter in-law Melissa Tomy. Surviving are her children and their spouses, Christine and Jack O'Brien, Susan and Scott Runkel, Thomas Tomy, Nancy Tomy, Timothy and Terry Tomy, Glenn Tomy and Kathleen Tomy, her brother Edward Wade, her 15 grandchildren Billy, Farrah, Lori Ann, Scott, Colleen, Johnny, Kasey, Jenna, Nicole, Christopher, Molly, Jack, Matt, Lauren, Ben and 12 great grandchildren Grace, Alyssa, Joey, Kristin, Noah, Samantha, Natalie, Makenzie, Hannah, Makayla, Parker, and Maggie.

Funeral services will be held 9:30am Saturday from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin NJ 08872 with a 10:00am mass of Christian burial is being offered at St. Bernadette’s R.C Church, burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Brunswick. Calling Hours at the funeral home are Friday from 2pm to 4pm and 7p m to 9pm.
