Tiny, we never had the opportunity to meet Tom, but we know how important he was to you. When you would visit and tell us stories about him, the trips you guys would take, the smile on your face said it all, family is everything. You had that with Tom. Tom went through a lot, but now his pain is done. Now, when you remember him, you can remember him and smile in a different way, knowing that he is at peace, finally. Keep his memories close to your heart and always know that he will be looking down watching over you. RIP Tom.

Tom was our patient for many years. We are all deeply saddened to learn of his sudden passing yesterday. Our lives were touched in such a positive way from the first time we met both Tom and Monica. Although Tom is now pain free and happy to be reunited with the love of his life, we are now left with heavy hearts. Our condolences and prayers are with the family and those who loved Tom. The skies will be shining a little brighter from here on out...
